Cancellation Policy
24-48 Hours to Appointment Cancellation
If you request a cancellation 24-48 hours before your appointment for a service that was booked, a $50 cancellation fee will be applicable. Kindly note that this booking slot takes could have been satisfied by another person in need.
Cancellation before the 48-Hour Window
No fees will be applicable if the cancellation request is done more than 48 hours before your reservation date.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling are not charged until a third time. If you reschedule a third time, IC Net Solution reserves the right to charge you $25 for administrative fees.
