We have employees that are thoroughly trained before sending them do their first job with customers. Contractors may be used in times of excessive demand, and we aim to communicate you this information if ever no employees are readily available. IC Net Solution will allows consult you before taking decisions that may impact you.

There is no clear answer to that. The time a cleaning job takes depends on the extras you choose and how big the house is.

We do offer one-time and also recurring cleaning services at IC Net Solution. Kindly note that recurring cleaning services are subject to additional rebates :

  • Weekly cleaning provides a 20% rebate.
  • Bi-weekly cleaning provides a 15% rebate.
  • Monthly cleaning provides a 10% rebate.

For damaged good, we kindly as you to put any valuable and/or sensitive objects in a safe area when our cleaners come do their job. This is both to protect your belongings and also for the safety of our cleaners.

If theft does happen, please note that our company has bonding insurance that protects both you and us. Furthermore, we will investigate the matter if such scenarios occur and we make sure to resolve it using the resources at our disposal.

IC Net Solution has both bonding and business insurances.

You can provide us with your own cleaning equipment. If you do so, we will provide you with a $10 credit on your cleaning.

Opting for weekly cleaning is the ideal choice for bustling households that require ongoing maintenance and regular upkeep. This is particularly beneficial when there are children and pets in the household. For larger homes, in particular, considering weekly cleaning is highly advisable.
